Curry Leaf Tincture
Recipe
10g curry leaves (~1 cup packed)
50g high-proof grain alcohol (ideally 190 proof like Everclear)
Wash and pat dry leaves. Add leaves and alcohol to bag and vacuum seal. Submerge bag in water bath maintained at 150°F (using sous vide) for one hour. Cut open bag and strain through cheesecloth or superbag, gently squeezing leaves to release any retained liquid. Bottle tincture.
