Slam Dunk Da Funk

This drink takes a few different elements/pairings I’ve really enjoyed in previous cocktails— midori/bitter bianco, non-water ice, and poítin with funky ingredients. The ice cubes are made from a Moscow Mule Mocktail that was kindly sent to me by @drinkmocktails. They are quite tasty and I’ve been around a couple non-drinking friends lately who have very much enjoyed them!

This drink starts off with a decent amount of funk from the Poitín, Rhum, and Midori. As the ice melts, the drink rounds out a bit more as the refreshing ginger and citrus element comes out. There is plenty of flavor throughout, and the soda helps to lengthen and refresh— definitely the type of drink I keep gravitating toward lately.

Recipe

\\\\Shake first five ingredients briefly to chill/incorporate, add to highball glass with Mule Ice. Garnish with lime slice + mint. Cheers!!
