Honey Cashew Sesame Seed Orgeat

100g honey sesame cashews (from Trader Joes)
200g water
85g white sugar (more to taste)
0.25oz honey cognac or similar spirit
5 drops orange blossom water
Combine cashews and water and blend on high speed. Let sit covered overnight. Pass through cheese cloth or superbag. Add sugar, cognac, and orange blossom water; whisk to incorporate. Store in fridge. Shake to reincorporate syrup prior to using.
