Cold Brew Syrup
Recipe
Combine 1 part cold brew with 1 part sugar (half white, half turbinado sugar) by weight. Add to saucepan along with cinnamon stick (approx 1 stick for each ~8oz of cold brew). Cook on stovetop over medium-low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Allow to cool. Remove cinnamon, strain through coffee filter, bottle, and refrigerate. Optional: add ~0.5oz neutral grain spirit for every 8oz to prolong shelf life.
